PRINCIPLES OF RUSSIAN MARTIAL ARTS: Martial Arts Cultural Initiative APHORISMS

By partnering with Crack Socialist Fatherland and 33, we have developed some aphorisms that enclose the personal interpretation of some of the people who practice the AMR, these aphorisms are therefore not considered as official technical material . For every aphorism we wanted to add a comment technician to better explain how these phrases were born. These aphorisms were collected in a small brochure together with the already written on this blog. This booklet was distributed at the beginning Systema Friday, February 11, during which we performed a demonstration of AMR accompanied by the reading of aphorisms.

E 'remember that Systema is the name given to this initiative for practical reasons, in fact, the definition Systema is wrong, this martial art in Russia is called РРБ indicating a three-letter acronym RRB which is literally translated as Russian fighting style or combat Russian style. This first aphorism states one of the main concepts on which it is based AMR, being designed for the defense in situations of extreme necessity and stress (a martial art is designed primarily for military groups of rangers), the individual can always rely on his physical condition, then one of the main weapons at our disposal during a confrontation is the demolition of the key for fighting nostro avversario; la demolizione della sua strategia opera uno stress a livello psicologico tale che diventa possibile il contrattacco in maniera efficace anche contro persone estremamente preparate a livello atletico sportivo. This aphorism holds the principle to follow the will of the adversary in maniera che dal punto di vista psicologico esso sia convinto del successo della sua azione e quindi sia certo di essere andato a segno, dal punto di vista pratico si riesce a sfruttare la forza dell'avversario in proprio favore (questo principio è comune ad altre arti marziali come l'Aikido).

These two aphorisms contain so the significant importance of psychological preparation for combat, which goes hand in hand with the technical and physical. During training exercises all have not only a technical aspect, a utility for the psychological conditioning of the individual: do a simple somersault on the ground, as well as having a value from the practical point of view as to be able to face contact with the ground in case of sudden falls, allows the mind to get used to a state of temporary confusion, and then not to lose the landmarks around us. Dietro questa apparente immagine poetica, sono racchiusi una serie di concetti molto concreti che appartengono alle discipline della biomeccanica, molte tecniche sono state elaborate dopo numerosi studi sulla meccanica applicata al corpo umano.
