Today I want to tell you of a situation in which EFT has been for me for me indispensable, so I'll show you a practical example of this technique.
Five years ago now (including you say, how time flies?) I discussed my thesis, looking back today proud of that day and how it went my discussion, but if I recall the weeks preceding the "event" I am reminded of how there have been moments of panic idea to speak with teachers, friends, relatives (the girl that I liked ...) and become purple ( Eritrofobia, tells you something? Follow my post here: P ) at an inconvenient time, thereby triggering the perplexity or even worse the ' hilarity of all.
a few months ago but I discovered EFT, using it very occasionally, so I decided to try it, so decided constant , per vedere se era la solita farsa o poteva essere per me la tecnica giusta.
Ho fatto in questo modo:
- Ogni volta che, a casa, dovevo ripetere l'esposizione della Tesi, se sentivo crescere l'ansia e la paura, cercavo di dare un valore all'intensità di quella sensazione, da uno a dieci come consiglia il manuale, e quindi facevo un giro di EFT "Anche se provo questa forse ansia, mi amo e mi accetto...", oppure "Anche se sento un peso al petto che mi affatica il respiro..." .
Al termine, valutavo l'intensità della mia ansia, se non era ancora a zero facevo un altro passaggio di EFT modificando semplicemente la frase "Anche se provo ANCORA questa forte ansia mi amo and I accept ...". When
believed to have arrived at an acceptable level (preferably zero, but it happened that fast I'd settle for even two or three) began to exhibit the thesis. And I felt more relaxed , sure of myself in front of people ready to discuss it.
Com has been discussion at the end (maybe I'll be asking at this point: P): a happened, I was calm and relaxed, even when you are stuck on showing my PowerPoint slides, you probably have not blushed but I do absolutely nothing is imported.
Since then I've got to have an 'ally , comtempo easy to use and very powerful.
And you? Have you tried to use it, perhaps before a stressful situation? What results have you had?
If you did not listen to advice: try it, it costs very little and you might run really surprised.
